No proxy,port,homepage.
FOR ALL STATES MNS and MCC codes

2. apn : bsnlnet
Now Connect net wid 1st apn, Error show karega, then and then asap connect net with bsnlnet.
Thats it. Enjoy unlimited bsnl 3g.
Note: Android n PC me smoothely working, problem with Symbian users.
Use MNC CODE of other nearest state if ur state's mnc nt working.
I mean if u r 4m Kolkata then use mnc of Bihar/Orissa.
